Warranty

7 Day one on one exchange warranty: If you find anything wrong within 7 days you received, we would provice this one on one exchange.

During the warranty period, we provide one on one exchange of faulty parts service, if the faulty set is not caused by the mis-usage or accidental damage. Buyer will be responsible for the return postage.

After warranty period, we provide cost repair service, but all the postage will be on buyer.

Shippment

To protect ourself, and avoid the fraud usage of the credit card. We ONLY ship item to paypal address. Please leave your paypal address in your delivery address.

We all hope our transaction are safe and fast. For buyer: there is paypal buyer protection rule. For seller: no protection if buyer's paypal address is not confirmed. To be fair and protect us, paypal CONFIRMED address is a must for US, CANADA and UK buyer, paypal verified account is a must for Non-US buyer. If you found your order status is NOT "shipped" as we promissed, most probably your paypal address is not CONFIRMED or your paypal account is not verified.

For Russia buyer: DHL ONLY accept registered COMPANY address, we will use EMS instead of DHL to avoid bouncing back mail, even you choose DHL. If you are using registered COMPANY ADDRESS, please do inform us when you placed order.

For south America buyer, please prepare your tax ID of yourself or your company.

For Italy buyer: Your costoms is extremely strict, so you may need to wait a bit longer than expected. But all the procedure will be tracked in OUR TRACKING SYSTEM.

For buyers from remote area, outlandish area, for which DHL will over charge a lot. We researve the rights to change it EMS or Fedex or UPS or other expedite mail services.

Customs Declare:

By default, we declare this item as a Gift: Media Player (Black), at value of USD33.00. In fact, this is a commonly requested by a lot of experienced buyers. But you can only get back USD33.00 if (very rare case in DHL) the item is lost on the way. If you want to raise the declare value, please DO leave a note to us when you check out, but this will result in a slightly delay and some import tax from your government, which is all on buyer's resposibility.

Buyer Protection

Payment by paypal only with buyer protection. That mean you will definitely get your order. If not, you will get 100% full refund. But in very rare case: the item is lost by carrier company, there will only be some compensation from carrier company. All the compensation will be refunded to buyer. 100% satisfactory warranty: if you are not happy with our products, return the item to us within 7 days. You can return it to us without any reason, we will refund you: price x 80%, once the item is returned and there is no accidental damage and all in brand new condition.

Disclaimer

Buying/using this item, you are at edge of technology, so there are a lot of room for improvement. If you are expecting it is perfect item,  or you are a completist, please pause here, and wait for another 6-12 months. What we can do is bring you the latest improvement and solve all the problems which can be solved up to now.
