Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 - 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL(the fastest and secure expedite carrier), or EMS (For those destination DHL can not reach) with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you have preference expedite services with required signature, please Do let us know when you cleared your payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with special care taken to protect fragile objects. Your items are well-protected.

Delivery time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse by DHL or EMS. We have warehouses in HongKong, Shenzhen, Singapore, Germany, and USA. We will choose any of them upon the stock and availability.

For orders shipped via EMS, the delivery usually takes around 5-7 business days (7 to 10 Natural Days for most of the countries). For orders shipped via DHL, the delivery usually takes around 3-5 business days.

DHL Express

• All Countries: 3-5 business days.

Strict Customs inspection and slow postal service in USA, Italy, Brazil, Russian Federation and Turkey will cause delay in delivery.

To ensure you get your item in good condition. Everything gets packaged well. If your order arrives in really bad condition, please contact us as soon as you realize it. We accept replacement if you return your item within 3 BUSINESS days.

We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

We only delivery item to the paypal address shown in your paypal account. If you found your item status is not "Shipped" 3 days after payment, Please go and check your paypal address, is it SAME as the delivery address you filled in our website or not.
